This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of Audioid application (the “Application”) for Android™, the related services we provide (“Services”) and this website (“Site”).

BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OUR APPLICATIONS, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS OUR APPLICATIONS.

A quick explanation of some requested Android permissions

android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO

Needed to acquire audio to generate real-time visualizations based on the captured audio. Recorded audio data is never stored and/or sent anywhere.

android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS

Only required when listening to the mix output in order to generate dynamic visualizations reacting to the sound. Again, any audio data is never stored and/or sent anywhere.

android.permission.INTERNET

Required by AdMob to fetch ads and Fabric to send non-personal data (e.g., crashes, statistics, purchases tracking) which helps to improve the application.

Personal Data

AQ does not collect or use any personal data that may be used to identify or contact you. AQ does not collect or use names, email addresses, photos, telephone numbers, credit cards numbers, account numbers or other information that would enable AQ to identify you.

Non-personal data

AQ may use tools or third party analytical software to collect and use certain non-personal data that does not enable AQ to identify you. The types of non-personal data AQ may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) mobile device type and device properties; (ii) mobile device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) geographical data no more accurate that metropolitan areas; (v) sessions times; (vi) crash reports; (vii) other non-personal data as reasonably required by AQ to enhance its applications and services.

AQ may use the collected data for purposes of analyzing usage of our applications, managing and providing our applications and to further develop AQ’s services and products.

Stores

The stores you download and install Audioid from may track all sorts of privacy-sensitive information (e.g., when you download Audioid at the Google Play Store, Google may collect your sensitive information. For further detail, please refer to Google Play Privacy Policy). While that is not directly related to the Application, it may request the store to verify if you own a valid license, which in turn may cause the store application to gather and transmit privacy sensitive information to the store's servers. Please consult the policies of the store you use to download Audioid from (if any).

Third Party Terms and Conditions

Please note that your access to and the ability to use Audioid may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, social platforms and payment providers. You recognize and agree that AQ is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy will be updated with the development of Audioid and this site, we will post any privacy policy changes on this page, so please review it periodically. If you do not agree to any modifications to this Policy, you could immediately stop all use of Audioid. Your continued use of Audioid following the posting of any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy. Please note that none of our employees or agents other than AQ has the authority to vary any of this Policies.
